A super semi-detached house 20m from sandy Llansteffan beach. The house has beautiful views up and down the wide estuary and of the magnificent Norman Castle.

The village remains unspoilt tucked away in a very pretty corner of Wales, with tearoom/beach-shop almost next door and a shop/café, Post Office, restaurant, and two pubs* giving it a laid back attitude to life.

Amenities include: tennis courts, fishing(beach and river), horse riding, open farms and a local boat club, with other pubs and hotels on this lovely peninsula between the rivers Taf and Towy.

A short drive to the west will take you to Laugharne, final resting place of Dylan Thomas and to the east Pembrey Country Park with dry ski slope, miles of safe bike riding and Cefn Sidan beach.
